5-bedroom shared rooming house, Anzac Highway

Anzac Hwy is very popular location due to many transportation options and many facilities available in the area. It is between the city and the beach.

We are looking for FEMALE housemate. We got house rules for the cleanliness of the property and privacy/security of tenants. Minimum 6 months fixed tenancy. Our tenancy term is in line with university which is Feb and July.

Free unlimited internet. Gas, electricity and water are included in the rent. The bus stop 14 is near the house and tram stop 11 is in the next street so there is not much worries about transport going to Uni/City and to popular Glenelg Beach.

This is a big house with nice facilities. Single bed, student desk, chair, wardrobe, electric fan, lockable cabinet for your important documents provided. We got 2. 5 bathrooms and toilets, large kitchen (kitchen utensils provided), laundry with washing machine, lounge area, large veranda and security gate/videos in the property.

We are looking for a housemate who will clean their own mess as we are very particular about the cleanliness in the house. You need also to pay your rent on time.

I owned the property but I do not live in the house. You will enter the Rooming House Tenancy Agreement with me (not with another tenant or Agent). I do care about my tenants and respond immediately when there is something that needs to be fixed.

Our house is not a party house. Most of my tenants are international students and/or working professional. We are looking for housemates (students and/or working) who are clean, friendly, respectful and pays rent on time.

The privacy and security of all my tenants are my priority.

We got long term tenants who have been with us for many years as they are happy with their housemates, the property and the management.
