The townhouse is located 200 mtrs from The Parade in the heart of cosmopolitan Norwood. Walk to Coles and Foodland supermarkets, Banks, cinemas, doctors, dentist, groceries, cafes and lots of speciality shopping. 20 min brisk walk to Adelaide Uni and Uni SA. If you attend Magill campus there is a bus that takes you straight there. The townhouse is set in a very private and secure courtyard in a very quiet tree lined street. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need including linen, pots & pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, fridge, washing machine, beds, desks, unlimited Internet connection. Buses available within in 2 min walk at either The Parade or Magill Road. Stop number 6. Bus numbers 123,124,125,102,105 & 106 run every 10 minutes. Length of lease is negotiable but longer term preferred.
