Rent is paid in advance fortnightly but if you're a person who prefers to pay your lease in advance ie 3 or 6 monthly (instead of fortnightly) I'm happy to discuss a rent reduction for you.

Inspections arranged closer to room available date (respecting the wishes of the student currently in this room).

You will be sharing this townhouse with myself and a lovely 19 year old female nursing student from Taiwan -- Uni of Adelaide -- (her placements are at Flinders) -- and is renting the adjoining room to yours long term.
*Not a party house*
More like a quiet cosy retreat with a relaxed safe 'homely feel'.... Ideal if looking for a friendly and peaceful environment to call home and where privacy and space is respected ... And more times than not having the house to yourself.
Lovely neighbours too
I would be more than willing to hold this room past the 'available date' for a person who would be the 'right fit' and a welcome addition to the house.

* A brief history of this accommodation: *
I've been offering my two spare rooms as private student accommodation for over 11 years now.
Started with a female student from South Korea many years ago partly as female company for my daughter when I worked nightshift, then just made sense to continue with a pair of female students as company for each other once my daughter moved out and has worked out extremely well over many years since :)
Both rooms are completely furnished and have primarily been leased out long term to international students referred to me by their Homestay hosts and by students who have previously lived here … even had a few return for a second lease.
From countries like:
Japan (quite a few), Sth Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, HK, India, to mention a few.
Having myself grown up in a family of females with 5 sisters (no brothers) and 2 daughters, the interaction around the house has always been a relaxed, understanding and positive one for all.

Shopping Centre (Woolworths etc) just a 5 minute walk from home.
Public Transport (bus) … a 2 minute walk from home.
CBD less than a 15 minute bicycle ride (straight road)

Approachable, very domesticated, I like a clean house, enjoy gardening, always bike riding, laid back with a good sense of humour, enjoy cooking but need more practice at baking lol :)
I give some of my time helping students with their English language improvement, grammar corrections, reading etc if required👍.
I have 5 sisters (and their families) all living around Adelaide and two daughters in their mid 20's (not living here) … so; girls girls girls 😰 … lol
