It's within walking distance of all Adelaide attractions (10 minutes to Rundle Mall/University) and centrally located between Rundle, Hutt and Gouger Street restaurant precincts.

The owner of the apartment works full-time in the Emergency Services and works 4 x 12 hour shifts each week so you are guaranteed a quiet environment for your studies. I believe I'm fairly easy to get along with and have a good sense of humour. All i ask is that the person applying is honest, tidy and contributes to the cleanliness of the Apartment.

Whilst there will be a cost for electricity it would only be for the amounts above and beyond what is currently being paid. Approximate estimation would be $25 p/month. The rent ($215 p/week) and bond could be negotiable for the right tenant

Washing Machine and drying facilities are available for use within the apartment at no extra cost.

The apartment has recently undergone significant renovations to kitchen/dinning/lounge/laundry/Toilet/Bathroom areas and is pleasant and comfortable environment with the balcony overlooking the Adelaide Hills.
