2-bedroom shared short term accommodation, Little Rundle Street

I am a single owner occupier of a beautifully furnished townhouse with 1 bedroom available in Kent Town a short walk from the City Centre activities. The bed is a comfortable double and the bedroom has its own 50” smart TV, wardrobe and a small desk. The property is heated and cooled via air conditioning. Main bathroom with shower is shared however there is a second toilet on ground floor. The bedroom has direct access to the second floor spacious balcony with outside sitting. My townhouse living spaces have high end finishing’s and appliances with an open plan fully equipped kitchen with Gas cook top, Electric oven and has a Dishwasher. The living and dining areas are all open plan. There is a ground floor courtyard with table and chairs that are under cover. Small European styled laundry. I would provide bedding (sheet sets) towels and the kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, cooking utensils etc. , I have NBN fast intranet as well as guest access to Netflix.
I have two friendly cats which are indoor cats unless I am at home. They must not be let out so ask that you ensure they don’t escape.
Kent Town is an Adelaide's inner eastern fringe of the city, a short walk into the centre of the East End of the city. There are many attractions within easy walking distance – University campuses, Rundle Mall and about a 12 minute walk to Botanic Gardens. Museums/Art gallery and National Wine Centre. Very close to the North Terrace tram stop.
I would prefer one person to rent only but note that you would share my home with me (my bedroom is out of bounds) as well as with my 2 indoor ‘Cats’ that mostly sleep during the day until I get home – I work Monday to Friday. No smoking allowed inside and within the confined areas outside that provide good ventilation.
Within the main apartment complex (there are two private entrances, one via direct street access, the other via the front main apartment complex. At the main entrance there is a “rustic cafe” that provides easy meals & great coffee/breakfast options. Also within the building complex is a ‘Pizza' cafe called Pan & Vine open Wednesday through to Sunday. Great if you don’t want to cook.
