3-bedroom shared house, Wirth Place

This is a lovely modern home in a quiet area with lots of trees. The current tenants are a quiet mother and adult son. The room has a window onto a courtyard with plants in it, and would suit a quiet, studious, and conscientious person. We have a large solar system, so the electricity is mostly free in summer, and less than normal in winter. Electricity will be free and only shared between 3 if the bill is over $80 (it has been free for 2 people). There is a friendly dog living here, so you would need to be someone who likes dogs. Internet is available to share for $7. 50 per week. No bond is required, however if you break something, you pay to have it fixed or replaced to the original standard.
