4-bedroom shared house, Swann Avenue

My name is Lisa. I’m 56 years old and a mother of three. I work full-time and tend to spend my weekends out shopping, walking or down at the beach. I currently live on my own and am looking for a few people to rent out my spare bedrooms. I own a four bedroom home, with two lounge rooms and two bathrooms. My house is quiet as I work full-time and spend most of my weekends out of the house.

My home is in a perfect location in between the beach and city. The bus stop is only a two minute walk away and is able to take you to either of these locations. The closest supermarket is a three minute drive, or a small 15 minute walk.

The bedrooms are a good size and come fully furnished with a double bed. There is ample room for your clothes with built-in wardrobes. I've put a desk in each room for you to be able to study and the is also a ceiling fan and air-conditioning.
