This is a solid brick house of generous proportions meaning you will have ample space to study, cook, share, relax and enjoy.

Renovated to an excellent standard with a huge kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, blinds and fully equipped for your comfort.

The kitchen is HUGE and ensures multiple students can be cooking, chatting and sharing a meal without tripping over each other.
The island bench on wheels can be easily moved around to suit your needs on any given day and includes stools to sit and eat a quick meal on your way to uni in the morning.
There is an allocated pantry and fridge space for your convenience.

The adjoining dining room allows you to have a shared meal or dinner party with all housemates or guests.

Relax in the spacious family room, designed for hanging out, watching movies and taking a much needed break from studies. The ceiling fans will ensure you are comfortable and the gas heater cosy for our winter days and nights.
This room has a split system heating and cooling.

Retreat to your bedroom for a private place to study.

There is an external recreation room where you can hang out and play table tennis or pool with housemates or friends and not disturb your housemates.

The shared bathroom has a shower and bath tub. There is a separate toilet for convenience.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and drying racks available for use.
