There is an allocated pantry and fridge space for your convenience.
The adjoining dining room allows you to have a shared meal or dinner party with all housemates or guests.
Relax in the spacious family room, designed for hanging out, watching movies and taking a much needed break from studies. The ceiling fans will ensure you are comfortable and the gas heater cosy for our winter days and nights.
This room has a split system heating and cooling.
Retreat to your bedroom for a private place to study.
There is an external recreation room where you can hang out and play table tennis or pool with housemates or friends and not disturb your housemates.
The shared bathroom has a shower and bath tub. There is a separate toilet for convenience.
