We are a high level professional couple offering two rooms for 6-12 months rent or longer - in a modern townhouse ideally located between Adelaide CBD and Henley Beach. Bus stops are close by and we are minutes from Adelaide airport. Located right next to Linear Park - you can bike ride into the city or beach along this scenic bike path avoiding all traffic. Above all, the location is very quiet, safe and secure. One of us (male) will be interstate working returning a few days at a time once a month for business. The other, is a Vietnamese business woman who can assist with your settling in needs.
Apart from your own lockable private room you will be able to enjoy all shared living environments and amenities in a mostly private capacity - ideal for studying. Each room is fully furnished with study desk, queen bed, WIR and mirrors, and central heating and cooling. Next to your room upstairs is a spacious bathroom with shower and bath and double vanity and this connects to open study area ideal for studying or relaxing.
