Large Bedroom with private bathroom, available in lovely big family home. You will be sharing with me (39 yr old female) and my school aged children. So you must love kids:). We are all very fun and friendly. My kids live here 1 week on and then 1 week away with their dad.
The room is very private, but kitchen/living is shared. All bills and internet included, as well at access to Netflix and Disney. Some meals can be provided. Your room has a Queen bed, desk, TV and large walk in Wardrobe. The house is situated in Prospect close to bus services, and supermarkets. You will also have access to kitchen/family room and outdoor pool. Will consider 2 x friends in room for $450 per week.
Lease initially for 6 months. Can discuss extension.
