Located at a walking distance (10 min - 15 min) from UniSA Magill Campus with quiet surroundings, close to shops, post office, laundromat, gym and other amenities. The closest bus stop to the city is just around the corner (3 min - 5 min) and takes approximately 30 min into the city during weekdays and 20 min on weekends. It's also relatively easy to get to Norwood by bus or to Paradise Interchange. Bus stop is 5 min walk from the property.

The room is fully furnished with ducted air-condition, spacious built in wardrobes and comes with shared bathroom and toilet. Shared fridge and storage area for dry food, and some cutlery. The bedroom is carpeted and the rest of the property has hard floors. There is free on street parking available. The rent includes cleaning of the entire property except for your room, shower screen, and kitchen when you use it. The laundry area, kitchen and living area are shared and along with the gas bill which comes every quarter (approx . The dryer is only used in the winter and heavy laundry (e. G. Quilts, bedspreads, etc. ) should be done at the laundromat (10 min walk).

Things to consider:
-You must like pets, plants, not be afraid of birds, be very clean, and vegetarian.
-You must manage your cooking in an organised manner since the kitchen is shared.
- There are quite hours to allow peaceful rest.
