The owners ( a paramedic and his wife ) reside in the property behind the cottage and have recognized the lack of temporary accommodation available for student nurses to be able to attend to training in our local hospital - this is a short term only' option to enable as many nurses as possible to experience training in a rural setting here in Streaky Bay.
The 1 x bedroom property is well furnished, clean and tidy through out. The owners have provided lots of things to ensure the student is comfortable.
The cottage has been recently renovated with an added bonus of filtered rainwater plumbed for drinking.
Very quiet part of town.
Streaky Bay does not have public transport - you will need your own transport.
The property is not suitable for pets.

Close to the town center of Streaky Bay where you will find amenities including Supermarkets, Butcher, Chemist, Post Office, Hotel, 2 x Cafes, Hardware, Anz Bank, Bakery, Pizza Shop, Hairdresser etc

The owner would also like to charge a cleaning fee upfront to cover a deep clean at exit of $200 - so the property is ready for the next student placement.
