3-bedroom shared house, Jenkins Avenue

We are an academic family who live in a 3 bedroom house not far from the Magill campus and with two direct buses to the city and Magill campus both bus stops between 70 meters and 150 metres from the house. I am an academic who runs a skills council and I live with my 19 year old son who is studying at Adeleiade Uni. We are a clean household with a large room which has just become vacant after the last student left after a two year stay. The room has a reverse cycle airconditioner and lots of cupboard space and an electric blanket.
You would have access to the living/dining room, bathroom, laundry and gardens which are well manintained with outdoor furniture. I prefer a male student but not essential. We are easy going family. I have businesses in Thailand, Indonesia, China and Myanmar and my son was also born in Asia so I have an international perspective. I think the room is ideal for study purposes and the house is well maintained. The rent includes room, wifi, electricity and water. Also toilet paper and laundry liquids included. You just have to feed yourself!
