You would have access to the living/dining room, bathroom, laundry and gardens which are well maintained with outdoor furniture.
I prefer a male student but not essential.
We are easy going family. The house is a 3 bedroom house with two direct buses to the city (North Terrace) and Magill campus both bus stops between 70 meters and 150 metres from the house.
The previous tenant was also at UniSA and stayed for two years. The house is reasonably quiet and well kept, more of a home than just a room.
