We are an academic family who live in a 3 bedroom house not far from the Magill campus and with two direct buses to the city (North Terrace) and Magill campus both bus stops between 70 meters and 150 metres from the house.
My 19 year old son lives with me who is studying at Adeleiade Uni. We are a clean household with a large room which has just become vacant after the last student left after a two year stay.
The room has a reverse cycle airconditioner and lots of cupboard space and an electric blanket.
You would have access to the living/dining room, bathroom, laundry and gardens which are well manintained with outdoor furniture. I prefer a male student but not essential. We are easy going family. I have businesses in Asia so I have an international perspective.
The room is ideal for study purposes with a desk and queensize bed with plenty of cupboard space. The weekly rent includes electricty, wifi, water, toilet paper, laundry liquids.
