Hi! I’m a physiotherapy student at UniSA — friendly, tidy, and pretty quiet. I’m looking for a respectful flatmate who’s clean, responsible, and easy to get along with. Ideally another student or young professional.

This is a peaceful, clean home — no smoking, no parties. Pets aren’t allowed due to building and landlord rules.


About the Room & Apartment:
• Fully furnished private room with bed, desk, chair, and built-in mirrored wardrobe
• Shared bathroom (with me only)

• Secure building with lift access
• On-site parking may be available separately through Student Living (around $350/month, subject to availability and approval)
• 5–10 min walk to UniSA City East/City West, tram stop, and Rundle Mall


Rent: $690 per fortnight

Utilities (split equally):
• Internet (Tangerine NBN): $84. 90/month total → $42. 45/month per person
• Electricity (Sumo): $213. 21 last quarter → ~$35. 50/month per person
→ Total bills: Around $78/month per person


Available from: early July 2025
Minimum stay: 1 month
Preferred stay: 6 months. If we’re both happy with the arrangement, we can definitely continue — but I may need to review my situation around that time. I’ll always give you plenty of notice either way.

I speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and English — happy to live with local or international flatmates.

I’ll arrange an in-person inspection before confirming. For interstate or overseas students, a video chat inspection can also be arranged.
