The closest bus stop to the city is just around the corner (3 min - 5 min) and takes approximately 30 min into the city during weekdays and 20 min on weekends. It's also relatively easy to get to Norwood by bus or to Paradise Interchange. Bus stop is 5 min walk from the property.
The room is fully furnished with ducted air-condition, spacious built in wardrobes and comes with shared bathroom and toilet. Shared fridge and storage area for dry food, some cutlery and crockery. The bedroom is carpeted and the rest of the property has hard floors. There is free on-street parking available. The rent includes cleaning of the entire property except for your room, shower and shower screen, toilet, and kitchen when you use it. The laundry area, kitchen and living area are shared.
Things to consider:
-You must like pets, plants, not be afraid of birds, be very clean, and vegetarian (you can eat meat in the house, you just cant cook meat in the house).
-You must manage your cooking in an organised manner since the kitchen is shared.
- There are quiet hours to allow peaceful rest.
