The house is really lovely and unique- big open plan main area with some bedrooms seperate to the living area. Big kitchen, lots of natural light and a medium outside yard. It's an older character style house, not a perfect modern one- it has its quirks!
Located in a quiet area close to the city central, parklands, botanical gardens, shops, restaurants, pubs, University and public transport.
House is generally furnished- fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, pantry space etc. 5G internet.
Electricity, water and internet bills seperate to rent amount.
Available room is small/medium, carpeted, UNFURNISHED with lots of natural light.
There's a shared driveway, but only fits 2 cars so sometimes we need to park on the street depending on our schedules.
Once a month we are required to cut back the garden vines, which we try to achieve together.
We keep the house and shared areas tidy. We have a weekly roster tailored in a way that we're all happy with- and we stick to it.
Not a party house!! We occasionally may have a close friend or family pop by. There are plenty of great places nearby to hang with mates. Our space is a place of living peaceful, private and safe:)
There's a working potbelly fireplace for winter and air-conditioning for summer.
No pets!
