2-bedroom shared house, Esmond Street

I'm a retired educator and enjoy sharing my home with university and overseas students because I love learning about diverse cultures and customs.
Many students have taken the opportunity to have conversations with me to strengthen their English skills.

My home is located in a quiet and very safe community, is calm, relaxed and I endeavor to establish a home away from home.
Both the front and back garden can be enjoyed year-round.

I have long term experience hosting and sharing my home with international adult female students and over the years have developed some really special friendships.
I'm always happy to provide any support or advice, to answer questions or help in any way I can.
While in Chile recently I was again able to spend time with Ingrid, who lived with me while studying in Adelaide.

The advertised room is fully furnished with all linen, bedding, household and cleaning items provided.
Except for bedrooms other areas of the house are shared and a long-term cleaner comes fortnightly.
There is 1 indoor cat who is very clean and friendly so anyone sharing my home needs to be a cat lover.
