4-bedroom shared rooming house, Murray Street, Salisbury SA

Hi, I am looking to rent out rooms in my house.
I am from Vietnam. I currently work for government and a medical lab.
The house was built in 2020. It has a master bedroom with private toilet/bathroom, and 3 other bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom/1 toilet.
All rooms are fully furnished.
The rent is already including utility bill but can be changed depending on the usage.
Washing machine/dryer can only be used during daytime.
Besides your clothing, your duty is washing and changing your bedding. I am happy to assist.

For couple: add $50 for utility

For heating:
+ Electric blanket will be provided.
+ Ducted air con has warm function and can be directed into chosen area.
+ Strictly no heater in the house.

Feature of the place:
- Smart lock on each room, entry door and also a smart doorbell.
- Ceiling fan/light and ducted air con for each room controlled by app/remote/tablet.
- Security cameras inside and outside the house
- Robot vacuum, treadmill, PS4, board game, big walk-in pantry

I am looking for clean and respectful housemates. We will do short term contract initially and extend if both parties are happy.
